The winner of the Phi Beta Kappa Tampa Bay Alumni Association Pinellas County Scholarship was Anita Rajadhyaksha, who graduated from Palm Harbor University High School's International Baccalaureate program with straight As and 1580 SAT scores.  

She will attend Rice University and hopes to become a physician.
